Kasian has past and current experience working with Alternative Finance and Procurement methods of delivery models, including the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre (Design Build Finance Maintain) and Quinte Health Care Belleville General Sills Wing Addition (first Build Finance in Ontario).
