“During my six-year tenure as Warrington Township manager, I have had the privilege of working with Carroll Engineering on a variety of projects, specifically Mr. Dick Wieland, our appointed township engineer and a consummate professional. Carroll Engineering’s diversity of talent in all engineering specialties is quite impressive and has helped me navigate some complex and high profile municipal projects. Warrington has been, and continues to be, one of the fastest growing municipalities in Bucks County, which demands engineering excellence of the highest degree to adapt to
these many growth-related challenges. Carroll Engineering represents this high standard of excellence. They also have developed a very impressive, geographical information system program, Munilogic, which we use to help us improve productivity in these tough economic times. I wish Carroll Engineering a Happy 40th Anniversary and all the best for the next 40 years.”

Bridge Street Streetscape
The streetscape enhancements were designed by CEC to provide a unique sense of place for pedestrians and drivers in this District. Now called the Ironworks District, this streetscape includes unique amenities such as custom tree grates and blue ornamental benches and streetlights. The brick paving with custom paving pattern ties the streetscape together with warm hues of earthy red.
